When I started my work with Caitlin, I was constantly procrastinating for hours at a time before I could settle myself at my laptop to do a few focused tasks. Sometimes this procrastination would last for days as I filled my time with other non-work tasks, and I fell further and further behind on my business goals.

I also often felt anxiety and worry over my ability to successfully reach my goals given that I was unable to focus my attention. Through my Resilience Coaching work with Caitlin, I was able to learn how to stop procrastinating, because we got to the root cause of why that behavior was present for me. I learned how to regulate my nervous system before starting my day, and again when I sat down to do my work tasks. Now when I sit at my computer to start my day, I do my regulation exercises and I get right to work, jazzed about doing the tasks that lie ahead because I can focus on the bigger picture and I know what is motivating me to move forward.

Before I started working with Caitlin I felt trapped in self-reinforcing loops of negative thinking, paranoia, and self judgment. Caitlin helped me celebrate subtle wins which I then began to see as key leverage points in a larger system.
