We have mental muscles just like we have physical muscles. Someone who never gets ruffled isn’t a different kind of person, they just have stronger mental muscles

    Want to change your thoughts? Launch yourself into action, no matter how imperfect.

    Actions change feelings which change thoughts.

    Thoughts are a symptom of action, not the cause of it. Let that blow your mind for a second.

    The ability to step back and observe your thoughts and feelings without reacting to them in a genuine superpower - and it’s not that hard to develop

    Genuine positivity means facing the brutal facts of existence without ignoring them, fighting them or hating them. Life is tough sometimes.

    Faith is not a mystery. It comes from experience. If you find yourself lacking faith, seek the experiences of deep connection that will make faith possible for you again.

    Gratitude is not something the world has to earn by giving us things that are easy to be grateful for. The world does not owe us anything.

    Gratitude is something we choose. It’s something we go seeking, specially when it’s not immediately obvious where to find it.
